Returns & Exchange Policy – Tigerline
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tigerline. If you’re not happy with the size or colour of an item and wish to exchange it, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is new, unused, and in its original with the tags and packaging.
Please note the following terms:
• Exchanges for Size or Colour:
If you would like to exchange an item due to size or colour preference, you will be responsible for both sending the item back to us and collecting the replacement.
• Returns Due to Our Error:
If you received an item in the wrong size or colour due to an error on our part, or if the item is defective, we will collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one at no cost to you.
• Refunds:
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of the return, though often much sooner. This includes:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• A brief description of the issue (e.g., incorrect size, colour, or defect)
Once we receive your email, our team will assess the request and respond with the next steps. Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from us.
