At Tigerline™, our goal is to make your life easier! We're happy to deliver to your doorstep. If you prefer to collect your order, we have these options on our checkout system too. Please see the options available in detail below: 
Outlying areas do not apply to the Delivery fees mentioned below.

1. I am collecting this order

- This option requires you to collect your order from the provided pick-up point.

2. Direct Delivery to Address

- Choosing this option means your order will be delivered directly from our Central Distribution Warehouse in KZN to your nominated delivery address for a standard delivery fee:

Courier Fee - R185.00

Orders collected from pick up point Free.

3. I am sending a courier

- Choose this option when you wish to send your own courier. You will be required to enter your courier's details.

Please be advised that payments for COD orders must reflect in our bank account prior to the order being processed.

Delivery Policy:

 

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders over R1500.

Delivery Fee: Orders under R1500 will incur a delivery charge of R185.

Delivery Partners: We use reliable local couriers such as The Courier Guy to handle all deliveries.

Delivery Time frame: Most deliveries are completed within 1-4 working days. Please note that deliveries to rural or outlying areas may take longer.

Delivery Method: We deliver directly to your door, unless there is a potential risk to the courier driver’s safety. In such cases, your order will be delivered to the nearest collection point, and you will be contacted with further details.
